Fairhaven Village

Fairhaven Village is conveniently located near major highways and is on the bus line, which provides easy access to shopping schools and churches. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Heat and hot water are included in rent. For the purpose of rent calculations, a monthly utility allowance of $27 for a one-bedroom unit and $32 for a two-bedroom unit is used.
