The project represents the adaptive re-use of a vacant building in a transit-oriented, Downtown Quincy Center location. Fort Street Apartments a 34 unit affordable residences located at 6 Fort Street, Quincy, MA developed by Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) to provide permanent housing for those individuals and families in need that the organization is committed to serve.

Fort Street Apartments consists of 8 one bedroom, 23 two bedroom, and 3 three bedroom units. Three of which are HP accessible Community Based Housing units, each containing a full kitchen, with private bathroom, living/dining room with a balcony (2 & 3 bedrooms only), and private bedrooms. Common laundries are provided in the basement area and there is an elevator serving all floors.
