Pleasant Street Apartments - Veteran's Supportive Housing

The Pleasant Street Apartments in Beverly is a project based voucher program for homeless VETERANS. If the veteran is homeless, have him start by contacting the HUD/VASH Program at the Bedford VAMC. There is a Homeless Walk In Clinic daily 10-11 am in Building 7 on the Bedford campus. Application process is managed through the Veterans Administration. The day-to-day property management is handled by Peabody Properties. Located in the North Shore seaside community of Beverly, Massachusetts, Pleasant Street Apartments is the renovation and re-use of an historic industrial building into 32 units of permanent, supportive housing for homeless veterans. The face-lift and new purpose for Pleasant Street incorporates “Universal Design” components for increased accessibility. This building is a 4-story elevated building with energy star rated appliances and green building components. Beverly is a vibrant city with a network of veterans organizations and community amenities.
