Program Details
Our Island Home is a 45-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located on the “Creeks” on the Island of Nantucket. We provide 24 hour nursing care for those people who can no longer safely remain at home. OIH meets the needs of the Nantucket Community through Medicare and Medicaid certified inpatient services, geriatric related education and outreach programming. Alzheimer’s Support Meetings are held the last Friday of each month at Our Island Home.
