Program Details
The purpose of the BRVP is to assist low-income households with rental costs. Households that pay more than 30% of their income towards rent (i.e., households with “rental cost burdens”
exceeding 30%) are eligible for assistance. Must make less than 60% AMI to qualify. Participants will be selected by a ranking system, which is described in more detail below. While the BRVP is not limited to Boxborough residents, assistance will be available only for residential rental units within the Town of Boxborough. Monthly rental assistance of $250 is available to eligible households.
