69 Unit age 55+ complex for homeless or at risk to be homeless Veterans. Initial application intake is coordinated by the Veteran’s Administration. Bedford Green is housing designed for homeless and at risk Veterans aged 55+. The community consists of 70 one-bedroom units of permanent, supportive housing with priority occupancy for An array of supportive services with on-site VA case managers and direct access to medical, clinical and well-being services offered at the Bedford VAMC. The community will be LEED for Gold and energy star certified and will incorporate Green Building components.
Elevator, some roll in showers. Wheelchair transporation available.
Communication devices for deaf and hard of hearing.
Vision impaired adaptations.
