Miracle House

Serves eight single adults living with HIV/AIDS, who have substance abuse histories. Residents must have some source of income and be eligible for Section 8 housing. Applicants must have 6 months of documented clean time. This is a clean and sober program. Priority admission status is given to applicants who are homeless. Miracle House is a three-story house located near stores and a public bus route. There are 8 bedrooms. Residents share three full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a yard. Laundry facilities are provided on-site at no cost. Fully furnished rooms (including linens). Staff on-site 11am to 7 pm Monday through Friday; 9am to 5pm and overnights on weekends. Case management. Transportation (bus passes). Peer support system. On-site meetings/groups: Mandatory house meetings, mandatory HIV support groups, mandatory NA meetings.
