Capitol Square

Capitol Square is conveniently located in downtown Pittsfield where shopping, churches, Post Office, doctors and hospital are within walking distance. There is also bus service to all areas of the city and county. The Senior Center is located across the street and offers such activities as lunches, health clinics, traveling groups, bingo, swimming at the YMCA and bowling. There is also an adult day care center located adjacent to the building.  

Rents - Rents are based on 30% of monthly income for Section 8 eligibility with allowances for ongoing medical expenses. Heat, hot water, cable, electric & appliances are included in the rent. Applicants with higher incomes pay the basic rent or 30% of their monthly income whichever is greater, not to exceed the market rent. Heat, hot water, electricity, cable T.V. and appliances are included in the rent.
