CASCAP Hammond St (DMH Housing)

Hammond Street is a 24 hour staffed program. Residents make house decisions and work with staff on problem solving at weekly Community meetings. They plan the menu, food shop and cook the daily evening meal with instructions and assistance from the staff as needed. Periodic holiday events and group activities are planned by the group, as well as yearly goals that the residents want to accomplish for the program. It is within walking distance to both Harvard and Porter Squares, and convenient to buses and the T. Residents are within a few minute's walk to Cambridge Hospital, food markets, restaurants and banks
