Treehouse at Easthampton Meadow is an intergenerational, planned community for kinship, guardianship and adoptive families who provide permanency to children who have experienced foster care and elders who wish to be "extended family members". Treehouse at Easthampton Meadow is an incredibly innovative community that offers apartment homes for persons 55 years or older and families who are caring for and/or adopting children from the public foster care system. The unique vision of Treehouse at Easthampton Meadow encourages older persons and families to connect in a supportive and active environment. A place where families who want a new way of life can share this community with older persons who can nurture relationships with the children on a foster-grandparent level. Just next door to Holyoke, Springfield and the Five-College area, Treehouse at Easthampton Meadow is changing the way we should all look at living in an apartment community.
