Bridge CM Supported Housing Program

This program is designed to assist 35 or more Worcester area residents with mental health challenges who opt to live in their own apartments rather that in a group residence. Staff members support consumers with personal goals by helping them to increase their independence and enhance their daily living skills. Staff are dedicated to providing a safe therapeutic environment for all consumers and are allies in their struggle to manage their illnesses and maintain a productive position in the community.
