Ummi's

Serves 13 women living with HIV/AIDS and histories of substance abuse and mental health. Must have a minor child in custody - or be in the process of reuniting with a child - Children living at Ummi's must be 0-6 years old. Applicants must be homeless, dually diagnosed (HIV and substance abuse), and be willing to work with Ummi's multi-cultural intensive case management team to secure a permanent residence.

Case management;
Meal preparation (one community meal per day)
Assistance with shopping;
Medication management;
Community recreational activities;
On-site mandatory meetings/groups: Weekly house meeting, HIV support group, relapse prevention group
