Program Details
Homeless Prevention Program is statewide. Rental Start-up Program serves low-income individuals or families with HIV/AIDS living in Massachusetts of Southeastern New Hampshire (Straffort, Rockingham, or Hillsborough Counties only) who are moving into an apartment that has a rent that does not exceed 60% of the individual's or family's net income. Applicants to The Rental Startup Program can not have received previous assistance from the program. Applicants do not need to be clients of AIDS Action Committee.
