Project Home HIV+ Family members

Serves seven families in which at least one member must be living with HIV/AIDS. No public housing units are utlized. Applicants must be homeless. Applicants should have a history of addiction and have 90 days of clean time. Applicants should have custody of their children who are under 21. Project Home consists of scattered-site apartments located around the city of New Bedford. The size of the apartments are determined by the family's needs. SERVICES: 24 hour pager system to reach staff. Case management.
