Porteus House

This is a well maintained 8 room SRO house that is owned by Christ Church Episcopal and managed by Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. Currently there are 5 men living in the house, and women are welcome to apply. There is off street parking provided for by the Church's parking lot. Additionally, the house has a coin operated laundry area. A house manager lives on the first floor and his duties are to clean and act as as a liason to the property manager. There is a "no pet" policy: No smoking in the house: and No overnight guests. First and last months rent required upon move in. QCAP provides comprehensive property management services to the property.
