Applicants must be referred by a social service agency, shelter the judcial system, or by staff from another transitional program - no self referral. Six months of sober time is required, and once you move in, you must participate in a 12-step program to remain eligible. Applicants must also be Section 8 eligible and will be verified by Boston Housing Authority. a Criminal records check is also by BHA.
