Full time LICSW assists residents as needed. Applicants who are homeless and disabled receive priority housing. This program is part of the SRO Collaborative, and has a clean time requirement of six months.
SETTING: Bowdoin Manor is comprised of three brick rowhouses, and it is located within walking distance of stores and public transportation. Bowdoin Manor has 120 SRO units equipped with a sink, mirror, small refrigerator, microwave, twin size bed, and dresser. There are two shared bathrooms on every floor. First floor units are accessible to persons with disabilities. Laundry facilities are on site.
