At Standish Village, 84 lovely apartments and numerous common areas, including outdoor courtyards and a roof deck, provide comfortable settings. Standish Village's Assisted Living Program is designed for residents who cherish their independence but need a little assistance with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal grooming and medication management. Residents receive personal care assistance based on their individualized care plan. The Morningside Program staff is specially trained to care for individuals with early stages of Alzheimer's Disease and other related memory loss. The focus of our program is to provide security, structure and personal care services to enhance the quality of life for each resident.
Respite Stays
Our Respite Program is available to seniors in need of a short-term supportive services. Guests stay in a furnished suite with television and local phone service and have access to all other amenities available at Standish Village.

Located in historic Lower Mills on the Dorchester / Milton line, Standish Village is housed in the converted Fabreeka Factory building, a registered historic landmark on the banks of the Neponset River.
