Senior Living Residences - Concord Park

The Massachusetts Medicaid Program: Concord Park participates in the Massachusetts Group Adult Foster Care Program (GAFC) offering subsidized assisted living services for low to moderate-income seniors who need help with activities of daily living. Our participation in this program also provides an important safety net for those residents who spend down their assets while living at Concord Park. It allows us to provide a unique assurance that those seniors who medically qualify for the GAFC program will not have to move from their apartment due to depletion of savings and inability to continue to pay privately.
