Somerville Place

Lower Mills contains 183 efficeincy, one- and two-bedroom apartments in a mid-rise, seven-story building. The complex was built in the early 1970s and has had significant common area and other renovations completed in the last few years. Lower Mills is located in the Dorchester village of Lower Mills. The complex is on the Milton Commuter Line and is near the Neponset River. Many stores - including banks, restaurants and pharmacies - are located across the street and around the corner in the Lower Mills Village and surrounding area.
