The Ledges is a 304 unit apartment community located in Weymouth, MA. The Ledges offers an array of thoughtfully designed one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with a variety of high end features and amenities.
You will be sure to feel at home at the Ledges where we offer an outdoor pool, an indoor basketball court, a playground, and a state of the art fitness center. Apartments also offer full size washer and dryer and plenty of closet space! We are a pet friendly community accepting both cats and dogs (see pet policy).
The property has an affordable component (near-market, moderate income program) for 76 of the apartments under the Chapter 40B State Affordable Housing Zoning Law (referred to as 40B). These apartments are reserved for households whose income at initial certification is no more than 80% of the area median income limit adjusted for household size as determined by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The rent for these apartments is restricted and subject to a maximum rent.
