Program Details
Highland House is a community of 36 units of affordable housing for elderly people and people with disabilities. The community room is popular among residents as they gather together for movie night and other social functions. Managed by The Caleb Group since 1990, Highland House was acquired by Caleb in 2012. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community.
