Each floor of the house has one apartment. The apartments have three or four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a full bathroom. Two apartments have two attached bedrooms (suites) that are shared by mothers and their children. The house has porches and a yard. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.
