We have 18 single furnished rooms with sinks available to men and women as well as 4 apartments available to single adults or couples. Residents of single rooms share kitchen facilities, living room, and bathrooms. Eligible people are: homeless or at risk of homelessness, single or couples, and very low income. The cost is based on income (no more than 30% of income). Referrals need to come from a COTS case manager.
