Shelter Inc, TRI-CITY Area Shelter Plus Care Program

Client must be single, have a disability and live in, or receive treatment in Malden. Referrals can only be accepted from a case manager from TRICITY Mental Health, TRICAP Mental Health, the Department of Mental Health, or Malden Housing Authority itself. If client is accepted in the program, he/she can only search for a unit in the following cityies or towns:

Malden, Medford, Everett, Melrose, Somerville, Arlington, Cambridge, Chelsea and Revere.

The certificates last for a maximum of five years - during those five years the individual will try to get a permanent section 8 from the city in which the individual resides.
