MRVP program is project-based. the subsidy is applied to the unit. The Family Housing Program rent is 25% of adjusted annual income, adn the tenant is responsible for electric and gas utilites. Pets are not allowed at this development. The Elderly program is all one BR units with no elevator and is part of the one of the Family Program buildings. approx 435 square feet in size. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted annual income, and all utilities are included. Companion pets are allowed by a separate lease addendum.
