Blue Ledge Co-op, built in 1995, consists of 6 floors and has 80 one bedroom apartments.
Blue Ledge Co-op was built on a site that was once called Gypsy Hill, where Stanley Gypsies once made their home sometime before World War II. We are very fortunate to have a multicultural co-op, as our members are of American, Spanish, Haitian, Greek and Portuguese descent.
