Caswell Grove

Caswell Grove is a close-knit, welcoming community in East Taunton, managed by the Taunton Housing Authority. Caswell Grove offers 59 one-bedroom apartments in a 3-story, elevator-equipped, mid-rise development. This quiet community provides our elderly and disabled residents with a nice place to call home. We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals such as a community room, a first floor laundry room, door buzzer with intercom system, resident parking, landscaped grounds with a courtyard, and convenient access on GATRA's bus route. Monthly rent and fees for services are based on income.
