Parris Landing Condos

Located in the Navy Yard, Parris Landing was converted to 367 condominiums in 2004. Originally constructed in 1899 for ship building purposes, Parris Landing is the largest condominium building in the Navy Yard. Common areas were designed by international designer Phillippe Starck and have an open, modern feel. Parris Landing has a concierge, fitness room, pool & garage parking. Many of the condos at Parris Landing have exposed brick, open floorplans and views of the Navy Yard. Several of the penthouse condos feature private outdoor space and Harbor views.

The historic Charlestown Navy Yard was established in 1800 to build and service US warships. It enjoyed a proud history of military service until 1975, when it was closed.
