One parking space is included with each apartment. There are a combination of indoor and outdoor reserved off street parking spaces. "No pets" policy. We have a fully equipped fitness room centrally located in the building available for resident's 24 hours free of charge. In addition, Cambridge Racquet and Fitness is a block and a half away and Boston Sports Club is in Central Square.
Just a five-minute walk to the MBTA's Kendall Square (MIT) T stop (Red Line). You can walk down 3rd Street or through the Park on Binney Street and on to Main Street.
Approximately 10-15 minute walk to the MBTA's Lechmere station (Green Line) on Cambridge Street. Massachusetts General Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Schreiners Burn Infirmary and Spaulding Rehabilitation Center are less than 2 miles or a 20-minute walk over the Longfellow Bridge or one stop from Kendall Square on the Red Line. The renowned Longwood Medical Area is a 15-minute car ride.
