PK Management - The Greenhouse - Chelsea

The Greenhouse, located in Chelsea, MA,and consists of two buildings.
The first building located at 154 Pearl Street is an eight story elevator brick building. This site has a laundry room, a community room with a full kitchen, a solarium, and a sitting area and deck on the 7th floor with City Views. There is parking available to tenants. The front courtyard is attractive and well groomed.
The Maintenance Shop, Management/Rental Office, and Resident Service Coordinator Office are all located at this location. A full time Maintenance Supervisor and full time cleaner are available Monday through Friday to maintain the high quality of the Community. The Site Manager is also on site Monday to Friday. The Resident Service Coordinator is available to Tenants every Tuesday.

The second building, located at 200 Cherry Street is a brick three story walk up with 8 units. There is a laundry room and sitting area on the first floor.
