Located adjacent to the Tsongas Arena, overlooking the city and the Merrimack River. On bus line, shopping center close by. Application Process: Along with the application, River Place Towers requires a $300 money order to secure an apartment for the applicant. This initial deposit becomes part of the security deposit. The application consists of third-party verification of all assets and sources of income, along with landlord references or two personal references, a credit check, and a criminal background check.
