Client must qualify in two ways: Be income eligible and have a medical certification that the client needs assistance with daily living activities (such as being bathed, or eating, or getting around. Close to Cleveland Circle on the MBTA Green Line. Heritage supplies 3 (Kosher) meals a day to clients, but each client does have a two burner hotplate and a microwave in their room. A haridresser comes on once a week. A shopping van takes residents to grocery store and the pharmacy once a week.

Two programs: Elder choice and Group Foster Care.

There is a parking lot, but few or no tenants drive cars. Average age is mid-80's.
