Nestled inside the Castle Square development in the South End, Eva White offers apartments for low- and moderate-income elderly and disabled persons. Eva White offers 102 efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments in two mid-rise, seven-story buildings. Our complex is located in the unique South End community of Boston. We offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals. Rents are calculated at 30% of a resident?s income. Residents have the option of choosing a flat rent as well.
Eva White is located within the Castle Square Development in the South End. A variety of stores, restaurants, and services are located nearby or within a quick ride on public transportation. Chinatown and downtown Boston are only a ten-minute walk. There are several churches in the area as well.
Health care is nearby, with South Cove Community Health Center and New England Medical Center a short distance away.
Walk-in application hours: Monday 10-3 only. Security guard on-site from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Public transportation is available at the apartment?s front door. MBTA buses run to downtown Boston and the MBTA New England Medical Center Stop is just around the corner.
