One and Two bedroom apartments for young mothers. Rent subsidy and services provided. A supportive living environment for young mothers (ages 16 to 24) & their Children.
The program?s goal is to assist young mothers and their children while they obtain the skills they need to live independently.
Redfield House consists of 23 one and two bedroom apartments subsidized under HUD?s Section 8 Program. Each apartment has a full bath & a kitchen. Heat & hot water are included in the monthly rent. There are indoor & outdoor play areas for children, an elevator & laundry facilities.
A live-in resident assistant is in charge of building security & provides support services.
Residents are responsible for purchasing their own groceries, cooking their meals & maintaining their apartments. For more information call 413-448-2997.
