32 Subsidized units for applicants who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness and have fled or are fleeing domestic violence.
Applicants will be required to provide self-certification of domestic violence or documentation from a service provider authenticating the family is in shelter due to domestic violence and at risk of homelessness. Any individual or family who is fleeing, attempting to flee domestic violence, has no other residence and lacks the resources of support networks to obtain permanent housing will be considered homeless.
