Emmaus Permanent Supportive Housing - Haverhill

Emmaus' Permanent Supportive Housing Program's 16 units are sited in buildings owned and operated by Emmaus. Fourteen of these units are located at 449 Main St., Columbia Park Apartments, in Haverhill, MA, a 32 unit building complex that Emmaus has owned since 1992. Two units are sited in a two family house that Emmaus recently purchased which is located at 342 Primrose Street, Haverhill, MA. These units consist of three (3) one bedroom apartments, eight (8) two bedroom apartments, four (4) three bedroom apartments and one (1) four bedroom apartment. Both properties are close to public transportation, schools, shopping, social services, and recreation. None of the units are accessible. Five of the two bedroom apartments are located on the first floor but require climbing a limited number of steps to enter the building . All units feature full service kitchen, bathroom and either one, two, three or four bedrooms. All units are certified lead free. Heat is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for electricity. No pets are allowed. Please note all of Emmaus’ properties are non-smoking.
