Beverly Village - Senior and Artist Community

All units will have standard apartment grade finishes and include washing machines and dryers. The Owner will pay for heat and hot water, while the resident is responsible for the electricity, cable, and Wi‐Fi. There will be 234 spaces made up of 156 total spaces designated for residents and 78 spaces designated for non‐residents. Parking will be first come, first serve. The building will include private resident amenity spaces such as a library, computer learning center, fitness center, workshop area and outdoor patio.
